Job Summary

The Solvative team is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to drive performance, appraisal, and remuneration management strategies. This role will align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, providing HR-related guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Develop, implement, and review performance management processes and tools, coaching managers on setting clear expectations and providing feedback.
  • Appraisal Management: Coordinate and manage the annual appraisal process, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and aligned with company objectives, and train managers and employees on the appraisal process and tools.
  • Remuneration Management: Develop and implement compensation strategies that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives, conducting regular salary reviews and benchmarking exercises.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, appraisal processes, and compensation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
