Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Risk Advisory and Insurance Sales Professional to drive revenue by identifying potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions. This role requires close collaboration with the external sales team, underwriters, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Research and Client Engagement: Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and leveraging digital platforms to engage with them and build long-term relationships.
- Insurance Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about various insurance products, including property, liability, health, and life insurance, ensuring clients choose the best coverage for their needs.
- Sales and Strategy Alignment: Drive sales by effectively communicating value propositions, negotiating terms, and closing leads, while working closely with the external sales and account management teams to align strategies and meet sales targets.
- Client Interaction and Compliance: Ensure all client interactions, proposals, and policies are documented accurately, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Market Insights and Feedback: Provide insights and feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to help refine sales strategies.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation/inside sales, preferably in the General Insurance or Insurance broking industry.
- Skills: Effective interpersonal skills, good analytical skills, knowledge of Insurance Brokers Regulations and Insurance Products, and proficiency in MS-Office applications.
