Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Branch Relationship Manager to join our team at Million IQ Solutions. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting our extensive range of products and services, and achieving sales targets.

About the Role:

This senior-level position requires 7-10 years of experience in relationship management or a similar field within the financial services industry. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery, monitor market trends, and provide strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Promotion: Effectively promote and sell our range of products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates on sales activities and business performance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of agency relationship management, agency marketing, and direct marketing.
  • Experience in life insurance sales leadership is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Able to analyze market trends and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on the location in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
