Job Title: Sales Director

Job Summary:
As a Sales Director at GFL Recruitment Private Limited, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the US market. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring team performance, providing ongoing training and support, analyzing sales data and market trends, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and preparing and presenting regular sales reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the US market
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing training and support
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing or a related field
• MBA is a plus
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager preferably in outbound sales or telemarketing with US clients
• Selling experience of technology products in the US market is highly preferable
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to work night shifts as per the US PST time zone
