International Business Development Director
Vins Bioproducts Limited is seeking a highly skilled International Business Development Director to drive the growth of our business in international markets.
This role involves identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic initiatives to expand our global presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and potential business opportunities.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement international business development strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, trade shows, and industry events.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and agreements with international clients and partners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and develop tailored offerings for international markets.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of international business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in an international context.
- Proven track record of successfully entering new markets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
