Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Oversee desktop engineering to provide end-user support and ensure smooth operation of desktop computing resources.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of systems.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand technology needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Manage and mentor IT professionals fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced experience managing and troubleshooting virtual environments, with expertise in hypervisor technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Expertise in software and hardware troubleshooting across various systems and platforms.
  • Strong experience in network architecture and internet connectivity, including management of IP addressing and routing protocols.
  • Proficient in Active Directory management, including group policies and authentication services.
  • Excellent in network administration, including configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Experienced with server management, including installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server and Linux servers.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML configurations to support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including threat analysis and risk assessment.
  • Familiarity with software development frameworks and languages for effective collaboration with development teams.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.
