**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Automation Team Lead to oversee the execution of sales and marketing automation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client communication, and a deep understanding of sales/marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Candidate Guidance: Guide and mentor interns in setting up Workflow automation systems (Clay, N8n, and Zapier), providing hands-on training and support.
  • Workflow Design: Oversee the design and implementation of automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com, ensuring seamless integration with existing tools.
  • Data Quality: Monitor quality of data pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary client contact, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Process Documentation: Document processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency, ensuring smooth operations and high productivity.
Requirements:
  • Automation Expertise: Strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Project Management: Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) and overseeing complex projects.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating interns and client expectations.
  • Bonus Skills: Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (Python/JavaScript) and comfort with productivity tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable.
