Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead to join our organization and contribute to the success of our mechanical engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Mechanical Engineers in the design development of mechanical components for water, effluent, and sewage treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and ensure high-quality results.
  • Design Development: Develop and implement comprehensive designs for mechanical components that meet project requirements and specifications.
  • Project Planning: Create detailed project plans, including resource allocation, execution timelines, and budgeting to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with colleagues across disciplines to achieve effective integration of mechanical systems.
  • Review and Validation: Conduct thorough reviews and validations of design deliverables to guarantee compliance with project specifications.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong technical foundation in mechanical engineering, and experience managing cross-functional teams. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate their expertise in design development, project planning, and team leadership.

A background in water treatment plants, wastewater management, or a similar field would be an asset. The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels is crucial.
