Job Description

The CRM Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, and segmenting markets. They will develop strategies to improve customer loyalty, oversee CRM project management, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with sales teams.
  • Experience in market segmentation and customer relationship management.
  • Project Management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee CRM projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience with CRM software and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
