Job Title

A highly creative and strategic thinker is required to lead our e-commerce campaigns. The ideal candidate will drive customer engagement and conversions through innovative storytelling and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Strategy & Campaign Development: Design and lead customer-centric creative strategies that enhance brand storytelling, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Content Planning & Messaging: Develop messaging frameworks and content strategies that highlight product benefits, promotions, and lifestyle narratives, ensuring consistent brand voice and aesthetics across campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Execution: Partner with cross-functional teams to align creative outputs with business objectives, overseeing campaign execution and providing strategic guidance on creative assets and customer journeys.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage customer behavior data, A/B testing results, and performance metrics to refine creative strategies and maximize ROI, identifying opportunities for improvement and iterating on campaigns to achieve KPIs.

Industry & Trend Expertise:

Stay updated on e-commerce trends, digital marketing innovations, customer experience enhancements, and competitor strategies, applying insights from research and analytics to anticipate market shifts and recommend creative adjustments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or brand storytelling, preferably in the e-commerce space.
  • Proven experience developing integrated campaigns that boost customer engagement and drive conversions.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, UX principles, and digital marketing channels.
  • Ability to translate data into creative narratives and actionable strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
