Job Overview:

  • Design user interfaces for internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile applications, and web applications to create engaging and intuitive experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Participate in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance to bring designs to life.
  • Break down complex design problems into actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision to drive results.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest standards, changes, trends in mobile design to continuously improve our offerings.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in UX design or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Banking experience is highly desirable but not required.
  • Proven track record of designing web and mobile applications that meet user needs.
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Deep understanding of Apple's human interface design guidelines, Android design, and other mobile platform designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools.
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
