Job Overview:

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer skilled in Figma to create intuitive user journeys and clean interfaces for our AI-driven legal-tech products, working closely with developers and product teams to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user interfaces for responsive web applications and AI-driven tools.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes in Figma.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to translate designs into functional products.
  • Ensure consistency in design systems, component libraries, and branding guidelines.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to refine user experience.
  • Optimize designs for accessibility, scalability, and cross-device compatibility.

Requirements:

  • Students or recent graduates with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree.
  • Master's in Mass Communication or related fields will also be preferred.
  • Passion for designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma for design and prototyping.
  • Understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and design systems.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with frontend basics (HTML, CSS, or TailwindCSS) and UX research methods.
