Job Title: Digital Creative Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Creative Specialist to join our international client partners. This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring night shift hours aligned with US time zones, ideal for creative professionals who can merge aesthetics with functionality to deliver world-class digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging graphic designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Design websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate interaction and design ideas, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping to inform design decisions and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Apply best practices in UI/UX design to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs, ensuring consistency and reinforcing brand identity.
  • Ensure design consistency across marketing campaigns, websites, and applications, creating a cohesive brand experience.
  • Innovate with fresh ideas to strengthen brand identity in global markets, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and strategy teams to align design with business objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Present design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to deliver high-quality solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest design tools, UI/UX trends, and digital design best practices, applying knowledge to drive business success.
