Job Description

A Senior Digital Experience Designer is required to join our team at a leading organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Creating high-fidelity, innovative, and visually appealing user interface designs that prioritize usability and accessibility across various platforms and devices.
  • Championing design consistency and establishing and maintaining design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior designers, providing leadership and expertise in UI/UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Conducting and leading user testing sessions, gathering feedback, and iteratively enhancing designs based on user-centered design principles and usability testing results.
  • Collaborating closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a profound expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool.
  • A proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • An expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • The ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually stunning designs.
  • A deep knowledge of front-end development technologies and their influence on design feasibility.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
