Job Title: User Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Designer to join our team. As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop user experience strategies and design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet technical requirements.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI mockups using AI-augmented workflows.
  • Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and user-centered solutions.
  • Experiment with vibe coding tools to rapidly generate and test variations.
  • Maintain consistency through scalable design systems; contribute reusable components.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
  • Senior-level: 5–8+ years leading design projects with visible product impact.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, accessibility (WCAG).
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision) plus comfort with AI/vibe coding tools.
  • Visual design mastery (typography, layout, color, motion) combined with interaction design depth.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
