Job Overview:

We are seeking a Chief Financial Strategist to lead and oversee our entire finance function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning & Strategy
  • Develop and implement effective financial plans, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely budgeting.
  • Lead the financial reporting process, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  1. Accounts & Reporting
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and oversee accounting team performance.
  1. Treasury Management
  • Monitor cash flows and optimize working capital management.
  • Liaise with banks and financial institutions to ensure efficient fund utilization.
  1. Cost Control & MIS
  • Implement effective cost accounting systems and monitor production-related costs.
  • Develop and present periodic reports to management for financial performance tracking.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) degree.
  • Experience: 8-15 years post CA qualification experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and treasury management.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
