Digital Content Strategist

We seek a dynamic digital content strategist to lead our engagement strategies across platforms.
This role demands a creative thinker with a deep understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with editorial goals.
- Curate, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms.
Audience Engagement:
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics and reader engagement.
- Foster a community around our social media presence, encouraging reader interaction and participation in polls and discussions.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key social media metrics, including engagement rates and follower growth.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights to the editorial team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the news/media or education industry.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
