Job Title: Content Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team. As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content across multiple formats and channels while maintaining editorial standards and managing calendars.

You will collaborate with writers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, engaging, and reader-friendly content for Indian and global audiences.

The role involves researching the devotional and mythology space to create in-depth rich content, translating content for various marketing collaterals/channels like eBooks, infographics, and quizzes in English and Hindi, setting up content quality benchmarks, and managing the quality of published content.

You will also be responsible for creating a monthly and seasonal editorial calendar with the editorial team, commissioning articles from the writing team, evaluating and approving submitted articles, editing and rewriting articles, descriptions, website content, marketing communications, and other materials.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English/Hindi writing skills with the ability to research, structure, and deliver error-free content.
  • Fluent in Hindi/English speaking and writing.
  • Interest in the devotional, mythology, and spiritual space.
  • Good understanding of data and the ability to gather insights for better results.
  • Highly accountable and able to take initiatives.
  • Process-oriented mindset and scale thinking.
