Technical Content Specialist

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Technical Content Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team.

As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the way we communicate complex technical concepts and digital solutions to a diverse audience. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating clear, engaging, and informative content that reflects our expertise and innovative spirit in the digital services domain.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on technical topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of the content.
  • Write, edit, and proofread technical documents such as user manuals, white papers, product descriptions, how-to guides, and blog posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop a content strategy that aligns with our goals and user needs.
  • Incorporate search engine optimization (SEO) best practices in the content to enhance online visibility and reach.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and consistency across all written materials.
  • Develop scripts for video content, including product demonstrations, tutorials, and promotional videos.
  • Ensure all content adheres to our brand voice, guidelines, and messaging strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical communication.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the content quality.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a technical writer, content writer, or similar role, in the technology or digital services industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into clear and accessible content for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in scripting and storytelling for video content production.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
