UI/UX Creative Director Job

We are seeking a creative and strategic thinker to join our team as a UI/UX Creative Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, graphic design, and web development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, building user experiences, managing client projects, composing email sequences, and managing organic growth across multiple platforms.

They will also be responsible for learning copywriting, researching, and writing long- and short-form content, editing high-quality videos, creating and launching e-books and other lead magnet resources, and coordinating with SEO partners.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Create visually appealing ad creatives
  • Build interactive user experiences in web development tools
  • Manage client identity projects and ensure brand consistency
  • Compose effective email campaigns and track analytics
  • Manage and strategize organic growth across social media platforms
  • Learn and implement best practices in copywriting and content creation
  • Edit high-quality, engaging videos for various formats
  • Develop and launch digital marketing materials such as e-books and lead magnets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 3 years of experience in a related field, a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills, and excellent communication and project management skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Adobe CC and Figma/Webflow, knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, and familiarity with SEO and CRO.
