We are seeking a skilled Lead UI Designer to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and seamless experience of our digital products.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and user-friendly designs.
Candidate must have minimum 4 years of experience in UI design and proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
Candidate must have strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design and visual aesthetics.
Candidate must have excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Candidate must have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Candidate must have ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Candidate's knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, mentoring and inspiring a team of UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
They will develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and enhance the user experience.
They will create high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and visual assets for different applications.
They will maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
They will conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality output.
They will collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and user flows into polished visual designs.
They will work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
They will partner with product managers to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
They will conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights.
They will iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability test results.
They will ensure that all designs are accessible and inclusive, meeting usability standards and guidelines.
They will communicate design decisions and project status effectively to stakeholders.
They will create and maintain documentation related to design processes, standards, and guidelines.
They will stay updated with the latest UI design trends, tools, and technologies.
They will advocate for best practices in UI design and continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.
They will ensure that all UI designs meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and aesthetics.
They will conduct thorough reviews and quality checks before finalizing designs for implementation.
