We are seeking a Visual Content Specialist to join our team. This role will involve creating compelling visual content that supports our mission of promoting sustainable urban mobility and community engagement.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on social impact or urban development. They should be proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant tools.
Responsibilities:- Create visual concepts and designs for all print and digital media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Develop infographics, presentations, and other visual assets that communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Design materials for large-scale public campaigns and events, including posters, banners, social media graphics, and event signage.
- Transform research data and reports into visually engaging and easy-to-understand infographics and charts.
- Create dynamic content for social media platforms (static images, short animations, GIFs) to drive engagement and amplify key messages.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on social impact or urban development.
- Proven experience in creating successful visual campaigns for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is a must.
