Job Overview

The role of Senior Brand Creative Specialist is to lead the creative line, ensuring brand consistency and delivering high-quality visual content from concept to final asset.

  • This includes collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams to create brand-aligned visual assets.
  • Owning and evolving visual direction for integrated campaigns, product launches, and executive presentations.
  • Reviewing and refining creative deliverables from freelancers or internal partners to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
Creative Visionary

You will be responsible for planning, scripting, and producing various video formats: product explainers, motion-led brand stories, technical demos, testimonials, and social content.

  • Operating across the full video production lifecycle—editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing.
  • Experimenting with AI-powered tools to enhance workflows and accelerate production without compromising creativity.
Key Responsibilities

This role combines creative ownership with hands-on execution, driving visual storytelling across brand, digital, and video platforms.

You will oversee creative output across formats approximately 60% of your time, while focusing on executing video projects (editing, scripting, motion design) approximately 40% of your time.

You will play a key part in leading the creative line, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering high-quality visual content—from concept to final asset.

You must be comfortable with motion graphics, graphic design, and animation.
