Lead Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead corporate fundraising efforts, institutional donor engagement, and strategic partnership development in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure funding from corporate entities, foundations, and institutional donors.
  • Identify and cultivate new funding opportunities, building strong relationships with potential donors.
  • Lead proposal development, grant writing, and donor presentations to secure financial commitments.
  • Act as the primary liaison for CSR initiatives, ensuring alignment between corporate goals and organizational mission.
  • Maintain engagement with existing donors, ensuring long-term collaboration and funding renewals.
  • Develop sponsorship and funding packages tailored to corporate and institutional donors.
  • Organize networking events, donor site visits, and engagement activities to enhance donor relations and showcase program impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with programmatic needs, ensuring funding priorities match impact areas.
Impact Reporting & Accountability:
  • Prepare detailed reports on donor contributions, fund utilization, and program outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of fundraising efforts, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Work closely with program teams to document success stories, case studies, and impact assessments for donor communications.
  • Ensure compliance with donor agreements, providing timely progress reports and financial updates.
Brand Development & Visibility:
  • Enhance organizational brand visibility and reputation through strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and public relations.
  • Develop marketing and outreach materials to showcase the impact of funded projects and attract new partners.
