
U.S. Channel Partnerships Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Partnership Executive to drive strategic relationships with key partners in the U.S. market.
Job OverviewThis role is responsible for driving revenue through partner collaboration, joint marketing initiatives, and ensuring partner success.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strong background in channel sales, alliance management, and a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape.
Responsibilities:- Develop product and domain expertise to inform strategic partnerships.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner teams, prospects, and customers across the U.S.
- Owning and achieving assigned sales targets by working closely with partner sales teams.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless partner and customer support.
- Understanding U.S. market dynamics, including buyer behavior, economic trends, and technology adoption.
- Supporting partners in deal progression, including objection handling, resource enablement, and closure assistance.
- Driving market-specific lead generation initiatives in collaboration with marketing and reseller teams.
- Serving as the single point of contact for all technical and operational partner needs.
- A minimum 3 years of experience working with U.S.-based partners or clients.
- 4–7 years of experience in channel partnership development or alliance management.
- Proven success in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partner relationships across time zones.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
