Partnership and Fundraising Executive Job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership and Fundraising Executive to lead corporate fundraising efforts, institutional donor engagement, and strategic partnership development.

This role focuses on securing financial support through Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, institutional grants, and corporate partnerships while ensuring transparent reporting on program impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, donor relationship management, and corporate engagement to drive sustainable revenue growth and demonstrate the effectiveness of funded initiatives.


Fundraising & Partnerships

Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure funding from corporate entities, foundations, and institutional donors.

Identify and cultivate new funding opportunities, building strong relationships with potential donors.

Lead proposal development, grant writing, and donor presentations to secure financial commitments.

Act as the primary liaison for Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, ensuring alignment between corporate goals and the organization's mission.

Maintain engagement with existing donors, ensuring long-term collaboration and funding renewals.

Develop sponsorship and funding packages tailored to corporate and institutional donors.

Organize networking events, donor site visits, and engagement activities to enhance donor relations and showcase program impact.

Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with programmatic needs, ensuring funding priorities match impact areas.


Impact Reporting & Accountability

Prepare detailed reports on donor contributions, fund utilization, and program outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.

Track and analyze the effectiveness of fundraising efforts, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.

Work closely with program teams to document success stories, case studies, and impact assessments for donor communications.

Ensure compliance with donor agreements, providing timely progress reports and financial updates.

Brand Development & Visibility

Enhance the organization's brand visibility and reputation through strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and public relations.

Develop marketing and outreach materials to showcase the impact of funded projects and attract new partners.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fundraising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, or institutional donor engagement, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
  • Proven track record of securing funding from corporate entities, foundations, and institutional donors.
  • Strong grant writing and proposal development skills with an ability to craft compelling fundraising narratives.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with corporate donors and stakeholders.
  • Experience in donor reporting and impact assessment, ensuring transparency in fund utilization.
  • Ability to analyze fundraising trends and develop innovative strategies for financial sustainability.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of CSR trends, corporate giving strategies, and nonprofit fundraising best practices.
