Job Title: Digital Fundraising Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Fundraising Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital marketing, specifically in crowdfunding and performance marketing.

As a Digital Fundraising Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize donations and achieve monthly fundraising targets. You will conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth.
  • Collaborate with the creative and fundraising teams to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads policies, digital marketing trends, and crowdfunding strategies.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to avoid overspending and ensure maximum returns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing in indian market.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under strict timelines.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
