Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Work collaboratively with leaders to resolve people-related conflicts and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage all communication related to the People Operations team, including email templates and policies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and handle off-boarding procedures with care.
  • Celebrate milestones and plan fun activities to boost team morale.
  • Partner with the Finance team to coordinate salary changes and payroll processing.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive people processes forward.

About You

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field, such as Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and be able to handle sensitive information with tact.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action.
  • Effective problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other tools such as Fresh Team, Zoho, Deel, Just Works, etc.
  • Prior experience working with remote teams of over 250 people is highly desirable.
