Job Title:

Senior Human Resources Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR professional to lead our organization’s human resources strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background and experience in talent management, performance rewards, and business partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Drive HR synergies across all group companies regarding policies and practices
  • Lead Leadership Talent Strategy: assessment, development, and succession for CXOs and key roles
  • Manage Group-wide HiPo (High Potential) and Future Leaders programs
  • Ensure strong succession planning for all critical roles
  • Promote talent mobility across the group
  • Oversee the Group Performance Management Framework for CEOs and L1s
  • Collaborate with the Nomination & Remuneration Committee to create and implement Executive Compensation Structures
  • Partner with CEOs and CHROs for aligned HR delivery across companies
  • Establish a Group HR Council for shared learning, policy consistency, and best practice execution
  • Report to the Board on HR matters such as people risks, succession, engagement, and culture

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR leadership roles
  • Strong leadership and talent management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive change and implement strategies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
