Key Role: HR Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our human resources operations. With a focus on global best practices, this role demands a strategic leader who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and operational execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and streamline international background verification processes to ensure compliance and accuracy in hiring.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various regions to implement global best practices and ensure consistency in HR operations.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights, helping to improve employee retention and workplace culture.
  • Knowledge of international employee movements, ensuring compliance and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on global HR practices.
  • Strong knowledge of international background verification processes and compliance. Experience in onboarding and exit interview processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in the Indian region.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
