The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and assisting clients and guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization.
  • Answering and redirecting phone calls, as well as handling inquiries and requests from clients and colleagues.
  • Coordinating meetings and conference calls, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Managing the reception area and meeting rooms, maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Working closely with Team Executives and other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 4 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of administrative software and systems.
  • Strong communication and phone skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • A strong team player with excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
