Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Executive Receptionist to join our team at Mintskill HR Solutions LLP. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests, directing them to the appropriate person or area.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage the reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Manage the distribution of mail and deliveries, and maintain accurate records of office expenses and costs.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and update calendars and schedules as needed.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation, and prepare vouchers for reimbursement.

Requirements:
  • Pleasing personality and professional attitude.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school degree; computer certificate or diploma is a plus.
