Front Office Coordinator

Job Summary:
- Welcome guests and direct visitors to the appropriate person, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and mail, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Maintain a well-organized reception area, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and preparing vouchers.
- Keep accurate records of office expenses and costs, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Perform various clerical tasks, such as filing, printing, and scanning, to ensure seamless office operations.
Requirements:
- Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment, including printers and scanners.
- Professional attitude and appearance, with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and resourceful approach to challenges.
