Job Title: Front Office Executive

At Mintskill HR Solutions LLP, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front office operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and greeting guests, directing them to the appropriate person, and ensuring a pleasant and professional atmosphere.
  • Managing incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing accurate information to clients and visitors.
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and deliveries, and maintaining a well-organized and secure reception area.
  • Providing administrative support, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and updating calendars and schedules.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements, preparing vouchers, and maintaining accurate records of office expenses.
  • Performing other clerical receptionist duties, such as filing, printing, photocopying, transcribing, and scanning.
Requirements:
  • Pleasing personality and professional attitude.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment, such as printers and scanners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Customer service attitude and high school diploma or degree.
