Revenue and Business Development Lead

Mai Labs is seeking an exceptional Blockchain Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our blockchain division, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive blockchain as a service strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, developing transformative revenue generation campaigns, and building new enterprise accounts. The selected individual will also be responsible for designing, building, and developing inbound lead qualifiers and sales strategies to build sales pipeline, build marketing automation processes, and robust sales development processes.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with 12+ years of progressive experience across deep tech selling digital solutions/B2B Tech with experience in selling & positioning Blockchain/DLT solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leading Sales teams, managing complex sales cycles, and high transactions. Strong understanding of technology products, market research, and consumer behavior is required. A graduate degree is a must, while a master's degree in business would be an added benefit.
Salary Estimate: $160,000 - $220,000 per annum.
