  • Transaction processing: Processing daily transactions according to targets set by the process.
  • Adaptability and change management: Exhibiting the ability to manage and accommodate change effectively, both individually and within the team.
  • Policies and procedures: Following all organizational policies outlined.
  • Collaboration and communication: Liaising with other departments as necessary and engaging in process-oriented and personal skill enhancement trainings.
  • Reporting and analysis: Ensuring on-time Weekly/Monthly reporting as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Accurate data entry: Understanding customer requests and inputting accurate information into relevant IT/support systems.
  • Ownership and collaboration: Taking full ownership of deliverables and collaborating effectively with the team to achieve collective targets.
  • Effective communication: Corresponding with customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure mutual understanding.
  • Proactive workflow management: Proactively managing daily, weekly, and monthly workflows to meet key performance indicators and service standards.
