Distinguished Insurance Product Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage the implementation of insurance products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of group insurance products with meticulous attention to detail.
- Engage with clients to capture requirements and translate plan designs into technical portal specifications, ensuring seamless integration.
- Deliver product and platform demonstrations to client stakeholders, providing clear insights and addressing their concerns.
- Oversee configuration quality through thorough testing, audits, and QA processes, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with technology teams on integrations, leveraging expertise to drive successful outcomes.
- Act as the regional point of contact for internal business stakeholders, clients, and insurers, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide guidance to configuration specialists, empowering them to excel in their roles.
- Mentor team members and share best practices for scalable implementations, driving growth and excellence.
- Define and enforce QA/testing frameworks to ensure accuracy and compliance, minimizing risk and maximizing efficiency.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase implementation speed and reduce costs, enhancing overall productivity.
- Ensure adherence to InfoSec, regulatory, and operational standards during client rollouts, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in insurance product implementation in B2B, configuration, or solution delivery, with a proven track record of success.
- Prior experience with complex group health/benefits insurance implementations is essential, demonstrating expertise in this area.
- Strong exposure to B2B health insurance platforms and enterprise client rollouts, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field, indicating a solid foundation in relevant principles and concepts.
- Hands-on expertise in Excel, SQL, VBA/Macro scripting; working knowledge of Python scripting preferred, highlighting proficiency in multiple skill sets.
- Strong understanding of Health domain, insurance plan design, enrolment workflows, and data exchange models, demonstrating in-depth knowledge.
- Familiarity with SSO, API integrations, and SFTP-based data exchange, showcasing awareness of industry trends and technologies.
