About this role:
The Claims Management Specialist plays a crucial role in processing and managing cashless insurance claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely closure to policyholders and seamless coordination with insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cashless Claim Management: Manage end-to-end cashless claims of employees, verifying policy coverage, reviewing medical records, coordinating with Insurers, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Policy Verification: Review and verify policy details to ensure claim eligibility for cashless processing according to insurance policy terms and conditions.
- Customer Support: Respond to inquiries from employees and other stakeholders regarding claim status and related queries.
- Hospital Coordination: Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain additional information and clarify details when required.
- Error Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies, errors, or issues that may arise during cashless claim processing to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Record Maintenance: Keep detailed and accurate records of all claim-related activities, communications, and transactions for documentation and audit purposes.
Interactions:
- Internal Collaborations: Endorsement team, Onboarding team, Products & engineering, Claims teams, Support Inbound, Account Management.
- External Partnerships: Insurers, Client HRs, Hospitals.
