Job Description

Singular is a leading player in the mobile marketing analytics space, providing top brands with a unified platform to measure performance and optimize growth.

Our team is looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to take ownership of our go-to-market (GTM) tech stack, streamlining systems and processes to drive smarter, faster decision-making across sales and marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B revenue operations and be able to simplify complex tech ecosystems, eliminating unnecessary tools or processes.

","description"> Responsibilities:
  • Owning and optimizing our GTM tech stack, including evaluating tool usage, reducing redundancy, and integrating platforms for seamless data flow
  • Managing Salesforce workflows, fields, objects, and automation to support efficient sales, marketing, and customer success processes
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to design and implement efficient processes across lead routing, scoring, attribution, pipeline hygiene, and reporting
  • Building and maintaining reports/dashboards to track key metrics such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
  • Leading tool onboarding and offboarding, including vendor management and training
  • Ensuring reliable reporting by solving data gaps, syncing issues, and connecting systems
  • Staying ahead of new features and capabilities across our GTM tools to continuously improve how we work
  • Analyzing GTM data to identify trends, test hypotheses, and propose actionable improvements across sales, marketing, and customer touchpoints
  • Supporting forecasting, capacity planning, and performance analysis to inform leadership decisions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing GTM tools, especially Salesforce and at least 2–3 of the following: Apollo, Clay, Chili Piper, Gong
  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS GTM models, ideally supporting both SLG and PLG motions
  • Hands-on SFDC admin experience with the ability to build and troubleshoot workflows, custom fields, automation, and integrations
  • Strong understanding of B2B revenue operations and the connection between sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Ability to simplify complex tech ecosystems and eliminate unnecessary tools or processes
  • Analytical mindset: ability to navigate dashboards, attribution, and pipeline metrics
  • Comfortable rolling up sleeves but also thinking strategically about how tech can unlock growth
  • Curious, fast learner, and proactive problem-solver
