Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to achieve project objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership abilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required. Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule project timelines to ensure timely delivery and meet project milestones.
  • Construction Supervision: Supervise construction activities to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
  • Project Management Skills: Possess strong project coordination and construction project management skills, with experience in budgeting and construction management.
  • Leadership and Communication: Demonstrate excellent organizational and leadership abilities, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is preferred.
  • Location: Ability to work on-site in Gurugram.
