Job Title: Senior Site Operations Manager

Sites with challenging conditions require specialized attention to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency. We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead site operations in various locations, focusing on CTA Sites & High power Small cell Sites classified as difficult sites within the circle.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for establishing necessary analytics to monitor performance against budgets, resolving circle issues related to MSA, billing disputes, and closing out disputes centrally with ToCo partners.

We are looking for a results-driven individual who can drive the 'War on Waste' agenda with Circle & Center teams, ensuring operational governance with circles. If you have experience in managing complex sites and are passionate about driving business growth, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Statutory/other compliance for own site
  • Agreement Renewal & vendor management of Existing Sites
  • Acquisition of Lean / low rental site & Stores
  • Rent reduction of Existing Sites & Stores including LLR
  • New Site delivery against target
  • Support on existing site up-gradation
  • Early harvest of Home Passes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sound knowledge of all Accounting entry and ledger reconciliation
  • Familiarity with Oracle
  • Ability to analyze business performance on a monthly basis in terms of cost efficiency
  • Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams to ensure seamless task execution
  • Cost optimization & Variance Analysis for Business Planning & Reporting
