Site Operations Leader

We are looking for a skilled Site Operations Leader to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the implementation of site-wide initiatives and ensuring alignment across all departments.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a site master plan for operational excellence;
  • Leading change management processes and driving cultural transformation;
  • Maintaining alignment between all parts of the site's supply chain;
  • Coordinating departmental efforts to achieve business objectives;
  • Providing expert leadership and coaching to operational teams;
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in operations management;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to drive cultural transformation and lead change management processes;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as DMAIC;
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly;
