Operational Excellence Manager Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as an Operational Excellence Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities\
  • Work closely with the Delivery Team to identify new demands and manage project execution related operational matters, including invoicing, contract renewals, and timesheet management.
  • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Team to facilitate recruitment and hiring of new employees.
  • Track and maintain dashboards with high accuracy.
  • Chair semi-weekly/weekly calls with stakeholders and publish meeting minutes and status reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operations-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Drive business decisions and compliance.
  • Develop and implement new processes to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements\

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and time management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and 1 to 3 years of experience in a PMO role is required. Additionally, you must have experience working with IT services companies.
