Global Business Development Associate

About the Position

We are seeking a proactive and experienced business development professional to drive client acquisition in the US financial services sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, and nurturing leads to offer services such as accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation.

You must have a deep understanding of core accounting principles and a proven ability to use a consultative sales approach to build relationships and close new client deals.

  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role within the financial services sector.
  • Expertise in client prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management for professional services.
  • A deep understanding of core accounting principles, including U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and common tax compliance and auditing standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; proactive and results-driven.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and comfortable with sales quota attainment, ongoing relationship management, and a can-do mentality required in an early-stage channel of the organization.
