About the Role: We are looking for a Sales Professional to guide leads through the sales process, from initial engagement and product demonstrations to understanding business needs and providing tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate has experience selling software solutions in a Business-to-Business environment, a strong technical understanding to demonstrate the product effectively, and the ability to engage with clients across different regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads and qualify them based on business needs.
  • Conduct product demos and explain key features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to match their needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups and deal closures.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to drive successful conversions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve positioning and gather client feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track sales progress.
  • Engage with global clients and navigate diverse business cultures.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic engagement and consultative selling

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or software solution selling.
  • Proven experience in working with inbound leads.
  • Strong technical aptitude to understand and explain SaaS products to clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Solid negotiation and deal-closing skills, ensuring a consultative sales approach.
  • Experience working with global clients across different regions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales processes from lead qualification to closure.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales and client success.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
