Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Professional at Abhee Ventures, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Additional day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, providing detailed information to potential buyers, and managing sales documents and contracts.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Ability to understand and explain architectural and design aspects
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
