Responsibilities

  • Compliance & HR Operations: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of human resources operations.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management strategies to drive employee engagement and growth.

Qualifications: MBA from a reputable institution, 7+ years of experience in corporate human resources, excellent leadership and communication skills.
