
Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead HR operations, manage HR activities, and support business partners effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading HR initiatives, managing employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, labor law understanding, and experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives. They must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve employee queries and concerns efficiently, track resolution within agreed timelines.
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Implement Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct across the organization.
- Maintain attrition rate below 5% through engagement and retention strategies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate engagement action planning, record minutes, action points, and responses, tracking progress for timely communication.
- Ensure timely sign-offs of KRAs from new employees and during role changes.
- Coordinate half-year and annual performance appraisals.
- Monitor adherence to training plans and performance improvement initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends, propose corrective actions.
- Focus on employee retention by identifying key factors influencing attrition.
- Work on branding and intelligence initiatives to boost employer brand presence.
- Adhere to Security Policy, Zero Tolerance Policy, Privacy Policy, Disciplinary Policy, and Learning Agreement.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure policies followed across teams and departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or related field with significant experience in HR roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with labor law understanding.
- Experience in handling employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with multitasking ability.
- Ability to manage and resolve employee concerns effectively and efficiently, tracking outcomes.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist in a BPO/Call Center environment.
