Job Description:

As the Senior Human Resources Strategist, you will be responsible for leading and managing all HR activities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This includes overseeing recruitment processes, developing and tracking HR metrics, designing employee engagement and recognition programs, organizing cultural initiatives, and acting as a catalyst for organizational change.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in managing HR functions, preferably in an outsourcing or service industry environment. They will possess expertise in employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, stakeholder engagement, and cultural initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:
