Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our organization. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR advice to the functional businesses.

You will act as the single point of contact for leaders and all people-related issues, analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department. Your role will involve resolving complex employee relations issues and addressing grievances, while working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity.

You will provide HR policy guidance, monitor and report on workforce and succession planning, identify training needs for teams and individuals, and evaluate training programs. Additionally, you will suggest new HR strategies, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership to drive the delivery of the business HR plans
  • Use experience, skills, and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organizational design, employee engagement, and talent analytics
  • Assist in building strong talent pipelines and managing recruitment up to c-suite level
  • Coach and mentor junior team members and HR line managers
  • Support line managers across the business on organizational structure and design

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and fluency in English
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Analytical and goal-oriented
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience required in HRBP domain
